Anna Nicole Smith Dies

Flamboyant and eccentric Playboy Playmate of the Year, Anna Nicole Smith, died at the Memorial Hospital after collapsing in her hotel suite. Smith, 39, was rushed to hospital, after her personal nurse alerted hotel management, who called 911. An hour after her collapse, Smith was pronounced dead.
Smith and her lawyer boyfriend Howard K. Stern arrived at the Hard Rock on Monday and planned to check out tomorrow, said Michael Bloom, Hard Rock spokesman. Smith's 5-month-old daughter was not with them, Bloom said. Smith had been at the hotel three times before and was described by Tiger as a frequent patron.
Anna Nicole is survived by her 5-month old daughter Daniellynn and partner, Howard Stern.
