Darlene Conway "Sally Spectra" Dies

Darlene Conley, who was best known in her role as Sally Spectra in the soap The Bold and the Beautiful, has died from gastric cancer at age 72. She went public with her disease last November and simultaneously announced her retirement from the long-running show. She had been with the show for 20 years and had received 2 Outstanding Supporting Actress Daytime Emmy Nominations for her part.

Oh gosh, how sad. I used to be addicted to the Bold and the Sweaty but I can't bear it any more...too many puffed-up lips and white teeth, adults that were children the week before and Brooke and Ridge's multiple nuptials....but Sally was a constant...she didn't change much...has she died in the prog yet? I might watch it for that....
